1. Web Design Services
Webnest Up provides website design, hosting, maintenance, and support services as outlined in the agreed proposal and Monthly Care Plan.
2. Website Build Fees
Website design fees are charged upfront and must be paid before work begins. These fees are non-refundable once work has started.
3. Monthly Care Plan
All websites are maintained under the Webnest Up Monthly Care Plan (starting at £30/month), which includes hosting, updates, security, backups, and up to 30 minutes of content edits per month.
Unused edit time does not roll over.
4. Support & Edits
Requests are handled during business hours. Edit requests exceeding the included time or scope will be quoted separately.
5. Hosting & Domain
Webnest Up manages hosting and domain services while the Monthly Care Plan is active. If the plan is cancelled, hosting and domain management will be removed unless otherwise agreed.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and approvals. Webnest Up is not responsible for delays caused by missing information.
7. Cancellation
The Monthly Care Plan is billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months.
8. Liability
Webnest Up is not liable for indirect losses, downtime caused by third-party services, or issues arising from client-requested changes.
9. Ownership
Once full payment has been made, the website design belongs to the client. Webnest Up retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.
